DLS(Digital Library System)는 학교도서관 관리자(사서교사)와 최종 이용자(일반교사 및 학생)에게 애플리케이션 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 교육인적자원부에서 개발한 학교도서관 정보시스템이다. DLS는 현재 15개 시도교육청에 설치되어 있으며, 시도교육청 관내의 초중등학교에 서비스를 제공하고 있다. DLS는 서비스를 개시한지 2년 이상이 지났기 때문에 이용 실태와 현황을 분석하여 향후 학교도서관 관리자, 학생 및 교사를 대상으로 이용실태와 요구사항을 조사하여 향후 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
DLS(Digital Library System) have ben established by Ministry o Resources Development for providing the application services to each school library managers(teacher librarian) and front end users such as student s and teachers. DLS's are separately operated by 15 major metropolitan or provincial office of education to cover all elementary, midle and high schols in Korea. There is a necess current status of DLS because it's system after starting a service 2 years passed. This study suggested to improvements strategies of DLS by survey from teac her librarian, subject teacher, students of 308 schools.

국회 기록관리는 입법정보화담당관실의 기록업무 이용제공과 국회기록보존소의 기록보존업무가 분산 추진되장기적으로 국회통합전산센터의 운영방안이 도출되어 국회 정보화의 정책이 크게 수정되고 있다.국회는 국회 정보화와 관련하여 국회 전산센터 운영 및 향후 발전방향을 한국전자정부연구원에 연구용역을 의뢰하였고 연구결과 네 가지 전산센터 운영방안을 제시받았다. 한국전자정부연구원이 제시한 네 가지 전산센터 운영방안을 토대로 국회 기록관리 체제방안에 대해 바람직한 방향을 모색하였다. 국회기록관리체제정비 방안은 국회기록보존소 위상과 관련하여 고려하였다.
Abstract
The archive management system for the National Assembly is divided into two ways and propelled by each of them; one is providing the service for the recording purpose by the legislation data processing office and the ot her is the archiving service b y the National Assembly Archives. nization and operation of the archive management system. Also, with the legislation research bureau scheduled to be organized newly, the data processing policy for the National Assembly is being l argely modified as the operation plan for the joint computerizati on center of the National Assem bly came out. In relation to the data processing of the National Assembly, th e Assembly has requested the research outsourcing to the Korean Research Institute of El ectronic Government and had the four possible operation plan as a result. On the basis of four alternatives proposed by the Korean Research Institute of Electronic Government, the Assembly has sought out the desirable way for the archive syste m of the Asembly. The status of the National Assembly ation in finding out the solution for improving the data managemen t system of the National Assemb ly.

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 구축되고 있는 참고문헌 데이터베이스의 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 밝히고, 이들 문제점을 토대로 정보원으로서의 기능과 평가도구로서의 기능을 적절하게 수행할 수 있는 참고문헌 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 활성화 방안을 제언하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내에서 구축되는 참고문헌 데이터베이스 가운데 전문연구정보센터에서 구축하는 참고문헌 DB, 한국과학기술정보연구원의 KSCI, 학술진흥재단의 KCI, 대한의학회의 KoMCI를 연구대상으로 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 국내 참고문헌 데이터베이스 구축 사업을 위한 방안을 도출하여 제시하였다. 이들 자료는 참고문헌DB 구축을 위한 제도 및 정책, 기술적 방향을 제시하는데 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyzes the present conditions of reference databases which is constructed from Korea. The object which is used in analysis concludes on KSCI(Korean Science Citation Index) of KISTI, KCI(Korean Citation Index) of KRF, KoMCI(Korean Medical Citation Index) of Korean Academy of Medical Sciences, and reference database of KOSEF. And then, this paper proposes the activation plan for reference database construction based on this analysis result. The proposed plan will be able to apply with fundamental data of the system, policy and technical direction for reference database construction.
