기업체의 경우 지식의 창출, 공유, 활용이 조직의 전 부서에서 발생하고 있기 때문에 자료실 정보시스템 또는 지식관리시스템이라는 제한된 공간에서 수동적으로 수집되는 정보, 지식만으로는 이용자의 요구를 제대로 만족시킬 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BPM(Business Process Management)이 활성화 되어 있는 은행 환경에서 은행의 일반 업무 및 조사를 지원해 주는 지식, 정보, 문서 등의 암묵적 지식과 형식적 지식을 수집, 공유, 활용할 수 있는 온톨로지 기반 지식 리포지토리 모형을 구현해 보았다. 국내 일반 은행 환경에 맞는 모형을 제안하기 위해서 은행의 지식 관리의 현황, 문제점 및 개선점 등을 네 개의 일반 은행의 각 지식관리자와 자료실 사서 그리고 30명의 은행원들을 대상으로 한 면담과 설문지 조사를 통해서 파악한 후, 이러한 조사 결과를 기초로 하여 모형을 구현하였다.
Abstract
Many Korean financial firms have built knowledge management systems, however, most of the systems have fragmentary ideas or suggestions. This study proposes the model of ontology-based knowledge repository through which one could integrate knowledge for business use in the BPM environments. The knowledge includes implicit and explicit knowledge, library materials, documents, and information for experts as well. In order to get basic ideas for this model, case studies utilized interviews and surveys were conducted targeting at four Korean banks' knowledge managers, librarians and thirty staffs.

21세기 지식기반사회에 있어서 도서관은 디지털도서관 개념으로 빠르게 변모되면서 인쇄매체의 디지털화, 디지털출판물의 증가 및 네트워크를 통한 전송이 용이해 짐에 따라 디지털저작물에 대한 불법적인 이용과 복제 및 전송이 쉽게 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 디지털저작물의 저작권관리를 위한 저작권관영성으로 효과적인 유통 구조의 체계를 구축할 수 있다. 본 연구는 도서관에서 효과적인 저작권 관리를 위해서 저작권정보 구축시스템을 개발하고 저작권정보의 이용 프로세스를 구현하였다.
Abstract
In order to adapt the digital rights management community for the standardisation of expressing rights information in the libraries' content for the control of the rights of the digital works, it is necessary to establish rights information, that can build effective system of the distribution structure by the public ownership of the rights information and the interoperability of system. This research developed rights information constructing system in order to protect and enforce their rights over digital assets and embodied utilizing use-process of rights information.
