이 연구는 공공도서관 자원봉사자의 참여동기를 파악하고, 어떤 요인들이 자원봉사의 지속과 강도에 영향을 주는지를 109명의 대구지역 공공도서관 자원봉사자에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 공공도서관 자원봉사의 참여동기는 대부분 자기발전이나 성취감, 보람감과 지역사회의 문제해결 등으로 나타났으며, 선행연구에서 나타난 환경적 요인, 역할모델 요인, 보상요인, 인지요인 등이 자원봉사의 지속과 강도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이 연구에서 새롭게 투입된 공공도서관에 대한 충성도는 공공도서관 자원봉사자의 지속과 강도에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of participation in the public library volunteers, and what factors influence on continuity and intensity of volunteer activity. It analyzed the questionnaires from 109 public library volunteers in Daegu Metropolitan City. First, public library volunteers were mainly participated by motivation for personal achievement and concerns on local welfare problems. Second, in case of the factors on the continuity and intensity of public library volunteer activity, four factors selected based on literature review had significant effects on each variables. Third, the loyalty on the public library newly investigated had also significant effects on the continuity and intensity of public library volunteer activity.

본 연구는 정보활용능력의 기준과 범위를 설정하여 평가영역 및 평가문항을 설계함과 동시에 대학생들의 현재 정보활용능력의 수준을 진단하고 분석하여 정보활용능력 개발을 위한 평가모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 실증적인 연구를 위해 정보활용능력 웹 평가사이트를 설계하여 학부학생을 대상으로 정보활용능력을 측정하였다. 정보활용능력 구성영역을 통계적 요인분석을 통해 정보자원 영역, 정보요구 영역, 정보검색 영역, 정보분석 영역, 정보기술 및 표현 영역, 정보윤리 영역임을 밝혀내었고, 기초환경 요인, 자가진단 요인, 영역별 요인, 정보활용능력 총점 요인 및 문항분석을 통해 평가설계 요소와 평가절차, 영역별, 수준별 교육 및 평가지침을 제시하였으며, 이를 근거로 정보활용능력의 통합적 평가모형을 개발하였다.
Abstract
This study is aimed to evaluate the undergraduate students’ information literacy, examine the current level of their capability of using information, and make a evaluation model to develop information literacy. Information literacy consists of six fields: information resources, information needs, information search, information analysis, information technology and presentation, and information ethics. Based on the result of statistic factor analysis, the integrated evaluation model of information literacy, evaluation factor, and evaluation procedure can be suggested based on the instruction guidance.

본 고의 목적은 초등학생용 독서자료의 텍스트수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하여 텍스트수준 적 요인들을 대상으로 표본집단에 부여된 텍스트수준 점수와의 상관관계를 검토한 결과 글자수, 어절수, 이형어절수, 문장수, 단락수 요인이 텍스트수준을 결정하는 요인으로 드러났다. 단순회귀분석을 통해 도출된 회귀방정식들 중에서 이형어절수 모형이 최적의 공식으로 드러났으나, 중회귀분석을 한 결과 이형어절수요인과 새어절출현비율요인을 결합한 모형은 설명력이 더욱 향상된 공식으로 밝혀졌다. 공식에 따라 독서능력에 적합한 자료를 추천할 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine factors affecting text difficulty and to model objective formulas which measure readability scores. Some reada total number of letters, total number of syllables, total numbe r of unique syllables, total number of sentences and total number of paragraphs were found through regression equations with these factors as their variables were produced through regression analysis. A model estimating rea dability score from total numbe r of unique syllables was a nique syllables and new syllable occurrence ratio, was a better enhanced one. The readability sc ore represents detailed level so we can recomend students read texts corresponding to their reading levels.

이 글은 한국 국회기록의 인터넷 정보서비스의 개선 방안을 고찰함으로써 공공기록의 인터넷 정보서비스 정책 수립에 필요한 기본적인 요건을 제시해 보려는 것이다. 이를 위해 기록관리학에서의 정보서비스 이론과 외국의회의 사례를 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 국회기록 인터넷 정보서비스의 개선방안으로서, 접근정책의 수립, 정보서비스 프로그램의 개선, 이용자와의 의사소통의 활성화라고 하는 세 가지 과제를 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims at the fundamental factors needed to make the policy for internet reference service of public records were presented, considering the methods for improvement of internet reference service of national assembly records. For this purpose, reference service theory of recorded informations and examples of foreign congress reference services were analyzed. From the result of analysis, three tasks were proposed as an improvement plan for internet reference services of national assembly records; establishment of access policy, improvement of reference service programs, and activation of communication with users.
