본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관이 급격한 환경변화 속에 있는 대학의 환경을 반영하고, 정보기술의 발전을 반영함으로써 대학을 리드하는 기관으로서 우뚝 서기 위한 전략을 모색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 대학도서관 사서들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학도서관 사서는 대학도서관과 관련된 빅이슈가 「대학도서관진흥법」, 대학도서관 평가 및 평가지표, 대학에서의 대학도서관의 가치, 대학도서관의 공간구성 및 기능변화라고 하였고, 대학의 환경변화, 정부의 대학에 대한 정책, 각종 국책사업, 각종 구조개혁이 대학도서관에 영향을 상당히 미친다고 하였다. 둘째, 대학도서관 사서는 도서관의 역할 변화로 학생의 정보자원 및 기술의 활용능력 향상, 학생의 독서능력 향상, 대학구성원의 연구능력 향상, 대학구성원 학습역량 향상 등에 기여할 수 있다고 하였다. 셋째, 대학도서관 사서는 이용자가 대학도서관에 가장 높게 요구하는 서비스를 전자책 및 정보자원의 확대 등으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was carried out for the university library to find out a strategy to stand tall as an institution to lead the university, by reflecting the university environment having with drastic environmental changes and reflecting the evolution of information technology. As a result, first, university librarians responded that big issues related to the university library is the University Library Promotion Act, University Library evaluation and assessment indicators, the value of university libraries at the university, and changing spatial composition and functions of the university library. Second, university librarians responded that changes of the university environment, government policy on universities, various national projects, and various university reform policy significantly affect to the university library. Third, about what you think would be helpful to the crisis in their universities as changing role of the library, they responded that they can contribute in terms of improving students’ information and technology literacy, improving students’ reading skills, improving research capacity, and improve students’ learning ability. Fourth, they responded that services that users demand the highest in the university library will be expansion of e-books and information resource.

본 연구에서는 대한민국 정부가 지정한 국가전략기술 사업인 반도체, 이차전지, 바이오 산업에 대한 여론을 파악하고 여론의 변화와 주가 흐름의 연관성을 분석하기 위해 각 산업별 대표 기업에 대한 기사의 댓글을 분석하였다. 반도체 산업에서 ‘삼성전자’, ‘SK하이닉스’, 이차전지 산업에서 ‘삼성SDI’, ‘LG화학’, 바이오 산업에서 ‘삼성바이오로직스’, ‘셀트리온’을 선정하여 이를 제목에 포함하고 있는 2020년 1월 1일부터 2020년 12월 31일까지 발행된 네이버 뉴스 기사의 댓글 47,452개를 수집하고 분석하였다. 먼저, 해당 댓글을 긍정, 중립, 부정의 감성으로 나누고 각 감성 그룹에서의 시간의 흐름에 따른 댓글의 동적인 주제를 분석하여 각 산업별 여론의 트렌드를 파악하였다. 분석 결과 반도체 산업 분야의 경우 투자, 코로나19관련 이슈, 삼성전자라는 대기업에 대한 신뢰, 정부 정책 변화로 인한 타격에 대한 언급이 주제 토픽으로 나타났다. 이차전지 산업체의 경우 투자, 배터리, 기업 이슈에 대한 언급이 주제 토픽으로 나타났다. 바이오 산업체의 경우 투자, 코로나19 관련 이슈 및 기업 이슈에 대한 언급이 주제 토픽으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 댓글의 감성이 실제 주가와 연관성이 있는지를 알아보고자 각 대표 기업 별 주가의 변화와 댓글의 감성 점수 변화를 시각적 분석기법을 이용하여 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 댓글의 감성 점수와 주가의 변화 흐름이 매우 유사하게 나타남을 통해 여론의 감성 점수 변화와 주가의 흐름에는 연관성이 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 주가와의 연관성이 높은 뉴스 기사 댓글을 분석했다는 점, 수집 시기를 코로나19로 선정하여 코로나19라는 특수한 상황에서의 여론 트렌드 변화를 파악했다는 점, 국가전략기술제도에 속하는 산업 기업에 대한 여론을 분석하여 정부기관의 관련 정책 제정에 객관적인 근거를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.
Abstract
In this study, we analyzed comments on news articles of representative companies of the three industries (i.e., semiconductor, secondary battery, and bio industries) that had been listed as national strategic technology projects of South Korea to identify public opinions towards them. In addition, we analyzed the relationship between changes in public opinion and stock price. ‘Samsung Electronics’ and ‘SK Hynix’ in the semiconductor industry, ‘Samsung SDI’ and ‘LG Chem’ in the secondary battery industry, and ‘Samsung Biologics’ and ‘Celltrion’ in the bio-industry were selected as the representative companies and 47,452 comments of news articles about the companies that had been published from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, were collected from Naver News. The comments were grouped into positive, neutral, and negative emotions, and the dynamic topics of comments over time in each group were analyzed to identify the trends of public opinion in each industry. As a result, in the case of the semiconductor industry, investment, COVID-19 related issues, trust in large companies such as Samsung Electronics, and mention of the damage caused by changes in government policy were the topics. In the case of secondary battery industries, references to investment, battery, and corporate issues were the topics. In the case of bio-industries, references to investment, COVID-19 related issues, and corporate issues were the topics. Next, to understand whether the sentiment of the comments is related to the actual stock price, for each company, the changes in the stock price and the sentiment values of the comments were compared and analyzed using visual analytics. As a result, we found a clear relationship between the changes in the sentiment value of public opinion and the stock price through the similar patterns shown in the change graphs. This study analyzed comments on news articles that are highly related to stock price, identified changes in public opinion trends in the COVID-19 era, and provided objective feedback to government agencies’ policymaking.

본 연구에서는 다학제적 연구가 활발해진 국내 연구의 동향을 파악하기 위하여 2020 구글 스칼라 매트릭스에 색인된 국내 주요 학술지 데이터를 활용하여 전 학문분야를 포괄하는 네트워크 분석(대학협력 네트워크, 키워드 동시출현 네트워크, 학술지 인용 네트워크, 학문분야 인용 네트워크)을 실시하였다. 대학협력 네트워크 분석결과, 서울대학교, 계명대학교, 성균관대학교 등 협력연구를 활발히 진행하는 대학을 파악할 수 있었고, 키워드 동시출현 네트워크 분석결과, 이직의도, 직무만족 등 직무 관련 키워드가 높은 빈도로 나타남을 확인하였다. 학술지 인용 네트워크에서는 한국콘텐츠학회논문지, 한국사회학, 한국심리학회지: 문화 및 사회문제 등 인용이 많이 되고 있는 핵심 학술지들을 확인하였으며, 학문분야 인용 네트워크에서는 교육학, 경영학, 사회복지학이 다른 학문에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 학문임을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 국내 계량서지분석연구에서 시도하지 않았던 구글 스칼라 매트릭스 데이터를 처음 활용하였으며, 키워드, 학술지, 학문분야로 범위를 확장시켜가며 단계적 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 가지며, 연구결과는 국내 대학 간 공동연구의 전략 수립 및 다학제적 융합 연구 기획에 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 실질적인 함의를 시사한다.
Abstract
This study aims to understand the research landscape of South Korea using the data of 2020 Google Scholar Metrics. To achieve the goal, we constructed and analyzed four types of networks including the university collaboration network, the keyword co-occurrence network, the journal citation network, and the discipline citation network. Through the analysis of the university collaboration network, we found major universities such as Seoul National University, Keimyung University, and Sungkyunkwan University that have led collaborative research. Job related keywords such as job change intention and job satisfaction have been frequently studied with other keywords. Through the analysis of the journal citation network, we found multiple journals such as The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, Korean Journal of Sociology, and Korean Journal of Culture and Social Issues that have been widely cited by the other journals and influenced them. Finally, Education, Business administration, and Social welfare were identified as the top influential disciplines that have influenced other disciplines through the knowledge diffusion. The study is the first of its kind to use the data of Google Scholar Metrics and conduct a stepwise network analysis (e.g., keyword, journal, and discipline) to broadly understand the research landscape of South Korea. Our results can be used by government agencies and universities to develop effective strategies of promoting university collaboration and interdisciplinary research.
