본 연구는 안양시의 정체성과 특수성을 고려한 도서관 중장기 종합 발전 계획 수립을 위한 운영 전략들을 도출하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 내용으로 진행되었다. 첫째, 안양시의 대내외 환경과 지역적 특수성 등을 파악하기 위해 안양시와 관련된 각종 문헌 자료 및 통계 자료들을 수집․분석해 정리하였다. 둘째, ｢국가도서관통계시스템｣ 및 ｢경기도 공공도서관 연감｣, 각종 도서관 관련 법규 등의 자료를 토대로 안양시 공공도서관의 운영 현황에 대해 파악하였다. 셋째, 안양시 공공도서관에서 근무하고 있는 사서 26명을 대상으로 안양시 정체성부터 현재의 도서관 운영 전반에 대한 의견을 수렴하기 위해 주관식 개방형 질문으로 구성한 설문조사를 실시해 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 앞서 정리한 현황 분석 내용과 최근의 도서관 트렌드, 정책 및 사회문화 환경 등을 반영해 향후 안양시 공공도서관의 중장기 발전 계획 수립의 토대가 될 수 있는 구체적인 운영 전략들을 ① 조직체계 및 인력 구성, ② 지역 간 균형 발전을 위한 시설 계획, ③ 장서 개발 및 보존 방향, ④ 특화주제 서비스 방안, ⑤ 협력체계 구축, ⑥ 홍보 방안의 여섯 가지 영역으로 구분해 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to derive the operation strategies for establishing the mid-to-long-term comprehensive library development plans considering the identity and specificity of Anyang City. For this purpose, this study proceeded as follows. First, to understand the internal and external environment and regional characteristics of Anyang City, various literature and statistical data related to Anyang City were collected, analyzed, and organized. Second, the operation status of Anyang municipal libraries was analyzed with data such as ｢National Library Statistics System｣, ｢Gyeonggido Public Library Yearbook｣, and various library-related laws. Third, a survey with open-ended questions was conducted for twenty-six librarians working in Anyang municipal libraries to collect opinions on the identity of Anyang and the overall operations of the libraries. Lastly, by reflecting the current status analysis, the latest library trends, policies, and sociocultural environments, detailed operation strategies that can serve as a basis for establishing mid-to long term development plans for Anyang municipal libraries in the future were proposed. The above operating strategies were proposed by dividing into six areas such as (1) the plans for organizational system and manpower composition, (2) the facility plans for balanced regional development, (3) the collection development and preservation direction, (4) the special subject materials service plans, (5) the for establishing cooperation system, and (6) the public relations plans.

본 연구는 중국 공공도서관의 위챗 공식계정을 이용한 마케팅이 도서관에 대한 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중국 공공도서관 위챗 공식계정을 구독한 이용자와 구독하지 않은 이용자의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 연구 가능성을 탐색하고 설문지를 개발하였다. 이를 기반으로 중국 6개 지역의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공식계정 운영특성은 중국 공공도서관에 대한 인식과 이용자 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SNS를 활용한 중국 공공도서관 마케팅이 이용자의 도서관 이용목적, 공공도서관 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 검증하였고 SNS 유형 중에 위챗 공식계정을 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing using Chinese public library WeChat official accounts on the perception of the library and loyalty. For this purpose, research possibilities were explored, and a questionnaire was developed through in-depth interviews with users who subscribed to the Chinese public library WeChat official accounts and those who did not. A survey was conducted with the questionnaire for public library users in six regions of China. As a result, it was confirmed that the characteristics of the official account operation had a positive effect on the perception of the libraries and users’ loyalty. This study is meaningful in that it verified how Chinese public library marketing using SNS affected users’ purpose on the use of libraries, perception of libraries, and users’ loyalty, and suggested how to deal with WeChat official accounts among SNS types.

본 연구는 학교도서관에서 활용할 수 있는 도서추천시스템을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 도서추천시스템은 DLS의 대출 데이터를 활용하여 연관규칙 기반의 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 학교도서관 이용자들에게 개인화 도서추천 서비스 제공이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 이를 위해 Apriori 알고리즘 기반의 연관규칙과 매개 중심성 분석을 적용하고, 기술통계, 연관규칙 생성, 학생중심 추천, 도서 중심추천 등 세부 기능을 구현하였다. 이어서 사서교사를 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 도서추천시스템 사용에 대한 의견을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 도서추천의 필요성 및 어려움, 학생의 반응, 기존 추천방식과의 차이점 및 활용방안, 개선 사항에 대한 의견을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 토대로 다음의 논의점을 제안하였다. 첫째, 개별학교의 특성을 파악하기 위해서 장기간의 대출 데이터의 제공이 필요하다. 둘째, 지역별 혹은 학교 특성별 데이터 통합 방안에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 셋째, 독서교육종합시스템에서 제공하는 도서추천시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제안된 내용을 토대로 향후 학교도서관 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 개인화 추천시스템 적용에 대한 다양한 논의가 이루어지길 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a book recommendation system that can be used in school libraries. The book recommendation system applies an algorithm based on association rules using DLS lending data and is designed to provide personalized book recommendation services to school library users. For this purpose, association rules based on the Apriori algorithm and betweenness centrality analysis were applied and detailed functions such as descriptive statistics, generation of association rules, student-centered recommendation, and book-centered recommendation were materialized. Subsequently, opinions on the use of the book recommendation system were investigated through in-depth interviews with teacher librarians. As a result of the investigation, opinions on the necessity and difficulty of book recommendation, student responses, differences from existing recommendation methods, utilization methods, and improvements were confirmed and based on this, the following discussions were proposed. First, it is necessary to provide long-term lending data to understand the characteristics of each school. Second, it is necessary to discuss the data integration plan by region or school characteristics. Third, It is necessary to establish a book recommendation system provided by the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education. Based on the contents proposed in this study, it is expected that various discussions will be made on the application of a personalization recommendation system that can be used in the school library in the future.
